·         Water World, Westminster - America's largest family water park features more than 40 attractions on 64 beautifully landscaped acres, including two ocean-like wave pools, twisting water slides and whitewater raft adventures.
Thrill rides include Voyage to the Center of the Earth, the Screamin' Mimi and the white-water-water Ragin' Colorado. Slides, two wave pools, a river float ride, a fun house and Calypso Cove are other highlights.

·         The Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse - In 1987, during his first visit to Boulder, Mayor Maksud Ikramov announced that Dushanbe planned to present the city with a Teahouse to celebrate the establishment of sister city ties. From 1987 -1990, more than 40 artisans in several cities of Tajikistan created the decorative elements our Teahouse, including its hand-carved and hand-painted ceiling, tables, stools, columns, and exterior ceramic panels. ·         Dairy Center for the Arts, Boulder - The Dairy Center for the Arts is a 40,000 square foot performing and visual arts center located in the former Watts Hardy Dairy at 2590 Walnut Street in Boulder. The Dairy is a unique community treasure, now home to fifteen of Boulder's finest arts organizations, making it the city's largest multidisciplinary art center. ·         Boulder Farmer's Market - Every Saturday and Wednesday morning from April through October, the Boulder County Farmer's Market comes alive! ·         Hamill House, Georgetown - The Hamill House Museum is the centerpiece of Historic Georgetown, Inc.'s comprehensive residential interpretation of the Georgetown-Silver Plume National Historic Landmark District (designated 1966) within the context of the Rocky Mountain Mining West. Built in 1867 and expanded in 1879 by wealthy silver-mining magnate William Arthur Hamill, the Hamill House Museum interprets 19th century residential living in Georgetown, Colorado: family life, domestic architecture, furnishing, Victorian plants, landscaping, social and cultural lifestyles.  305 Argentine Street, Georgetown, CO 80444

·         Georgetown Loop Railroad - The historic narrow gauge train travels between the towns of Georgetown and Silver Plume, both rich in mining and railroad history. The round-trip train ride is approximately one hour and ten minutes in duration.  1111 Rose Street, Georgetown, CO 80444

·         Georgetown Energy Museum - Originally constructed by the United Light and Power Generation Company in 1900, the Georgetown Hydroelectric Station is the second oldest operating hydroelectric facility in the state. The Public Service Company of Colorado took over ownership of the station in 1924 and recently, in conjunction with Historic Georgetown Inc., opened the doors of the station to the public as an energy museum. Much of the original equipment in the building is still being used today.

·         Lebanon Silver Mine, Georgetown - Colorado Historical Society guides will lead you through the mine, show you the mine manager's office, the change room (also called a "dry"), and the blacksmith shop and tool shed. This is a walking tour lasting one hour and twenty minute so comfortable walking shoes are recommended. ·         The Argo Gold Mill, Idaho Springs - At the height of the gold rush, Samuel Newhouse came up with the idea of a 22,000-foot tunnel to connect Idaho Springs and Central City. Completed in 1910, the tunnel connected many area mines and was used to transport supplies and ore. The Argo Mill, where much of this ore was processed, is now a museum and National Historic site.

·          The Phoenix Gold Mine, Idaho Springs - The Phoenix mine is operated by the oldest continuous gold mining family in Colorado; owned and operated by Al and Dave Mosch.  It is a working gold mine where miners actually do the work.  The mine is located on Trail Creek Road off of Stanley Road just west of Idaho Springs.

·         St. Mary's Glacier - A casual drive up Fall River Road offers you all the wonders of mountain scenery. The drive takes you to St. Mary's Lake, at the foot of St. Mary's Glacier and 12,136-foot Kingston Peak

·         George Rowe Museum, Silver Plume -  Located in a schoolhouse built in 1894 of Silver Plume brick, named after George Rowe, a resident of Silver Plume for many years.

·         The Peck House, Empire - A country inn/hotel on the National Register of Historic Places, oldest continuously operating hotel in Colorado. Lodging and food. From Denver, take I-70 West to Exit 232.  Go 2 miles on Highway 40 to the town of Empire.  Go 2/3 of the way through town and look up on the right.
